97WranglerOhio Trying to sell a car on Craigslist makes me want to

First guy today showed up an hour late, complained that the brakes were too hard (if anything they are a little spongy but not bad) and offered 1300 less than my asking.

The latest guy called complaining because the time he picked to come see it wouldn't work because he couldn't get a notary. So he didn't want to drive out to see it and not take it home with him and was wondering if I could bring it to him. Uh no. No I will not.

Some people are unbelievable.

did my steering box last winter. Wasn't a terrible job, did new hoses too while I was at it. Difference in steering was amazing. Was very sloppy before.

QUOTE="SouthernBelle0621;13139449"] I called a friend of mine that I worked with at Chrysler and he mentioned the same things, I've just been avoiding taking it to him. I guess I need to suck it up and get on it though, before it gets worse.[/QUOTE] have them check the steering shaft too. Mine was badly worn and made mine almost un drivable when I first got it the wobble was so bad

Well fine, I'll behave from now on.

Raiderfan001 Mine got so bad it was unsafe to drive it. When I started taking it apart to fix it the bracket was barely hanging on. 2 of 3 welds were completely busted. The last piece that was hanging on I bent back and forth a few times by hand and it broke right off. That would have been scary driving down the road if it broke. Would have lost all ability to steer...

So now I need a starter and a speaker replaced, not to mention I've got a nice death wobble going on. This is just not my day. I need something to take my frustration out on lol

Raiderfan001 DW sucks. Is it full on violent shaking or more of a shimmy?
