Rusting at the beach

1st post and still first year with 98 TJ. Bought it in October and went muddin a few times with some friends over the winter. after reading some of the other posts about rust i'm concerned about mine because it's starting to show on the screws and i'm sure it'll start to spread eventually. I think i'm done wheeling for now until i make sure i'm not going to kill it, it's my daily driver. Any suggestions on how to prevent rust and corrosion from salt, mud and sand would be great? On a limited budget btw.
