We started a Jeep Nation Chapter in Corpus about two years ago. Still small but we try to get together at least once a month for meet & greet, also install parties and off-road trips. Near future events for the chapter: Meeting at the bowl for Go topless day on May 19th, probably Hidden Falls in June, and our annual PINS trip on July 6 – 8 (we drive all the way down and camp). There are also events form the SA chapter that we attend. Nothing is mandatory and membership is free.

busemans thats the industrial park area. it used to be a lot of fun but the city cleaned it up, i guess. the dirt mound used to be tall and steep on one side and most people were scared to go over it. used to be lots of ruts and trails that had lots of crazy driving. man, it was so fun back in the day to go out there.

next time ya'll go there, let me know. i can do weekends and my kids love going. that place is about 10 minutes from my house

Picoso Dam I should have looked here earlier . My wife kids went driving back there yesterday also I didn't dare go into the ditch alone though. I did see some pretty deep tire tracks in the ditch lol guess I see where they came from. Did you see that little dirt mound back there you can have some fun on that.

Wrangler_Man11 We went out to Bear Creek subdivision and followed the ditch back into the Oso. But then I got the idea of driving IN the ditch, and that's when chaos found us!! LOL.

I think it was about as bad as the ones that kept getting stuck near San Antonio. Just imagine the pics from that with 2 Jeeps in a ditch. But we had recovery gear.

Moses did save the day with his heavy truck to anchor to.

swiber Thanks and no problem. Its about time i got to use the winch. The line should be fine it just came off the drum. Thanks for the offer. I herd of it happening with others.

I was also thinking about doing something on memorial day week end. Was thinking Hidden Falls or another park. Any ideas?
