1997 jeep wrangler TJ engine swap with 2012 JK

Hello,

Anyone know of a company that makes engine swap kits for the following:

I own a 1997 Jeep TJ with stock 2.5L and 5 speed trans bolted to stock transfercase. Everything is stock except lift kit and the dana, 30 and 35 have both been rebuilt with 4.56 gears, the exhaust is aftermarket too.

Just purchased a 2012 Wrangler JK 3.6L with 5 speed automatic trans for a great deal so I couldn't pass it up. Complete. 3.6L engine, trans, a/c, radiator, computer, jeep was completely gutted and wrapped up for me. I want to incorporate this engine and trans into my existing TJ.

Are there any kits available?

thanks,
