ArizonaJeeper i gotta go with 4point on this one. From what research ive done, i would say Rokmen has the best gas skid on the market. But you do need a 1" BL, or you can buy a .5" spacer for like $30 from them.

4.0l sahara Did more reading one the one in the link I posted. It's a great price and everybody says it's the same as all the others and built just as good.

4.0l sahara It looks like on my 99 I can get one that raises it 1" and not need a body lift. It looks like a body lift is needed on a 03 and newer because of the extra evap in the fender well gets in the way.

4.0l sahara Ya I want a stronger one. The axle is out right now and I'm cleaning up all rust so it's easy to get to right now.

nicolas-eric do you want a gas tank skid that offers more ground clearance and thats stronger than the small stock one?
i'm searching for the same...when i intalled my rear arb covere yesterday i noticed that my stock skid is bent in many places.

a friend has the warn gas tank skid and is happy with it:

Gas tank skids

Okay so I want a after market gas tank skid what are some good ones that don't need any body lift? Whats a good place to buy it? Any places with free shipping?? I'm open to any suggestions.
