In the instructions for mine it said with special care you can save the stock liners but i screwed mine up so i dont think ill be able to reuse mine. I found some that you can buy online for a few hundred dollars, has anyone heard any reviews on them? (i cant remember the brand at the moment).

Casotakar1229 didn't have to take my tires off to install my rugged ridge flares...

Revyjku08 No need to remove the tires you will have plenty of room to work. I recommend you just trim up the front inner liners as it will help keep the engine bay cleaner from road grim and debris. The rear inner liners most guys ditch and just bedline the inner wheel well.

BW have the same coverage as the stock flares.

BW flats, 3" lift and 35x12.50R17 STT's.

snochick My husband just linked these fender flares to me earlier. He wants to get these for our Rubi, but I'm worried about whether or not they'll have the right coverage to avoid getting a ticket. All the state laws are so different, and these don't look like they stick out very far.

I've used Bushwacker's in the past and loved em. I gotta admit though, these look really nice. Maybe I should stop being lazy and look up the laws to see if I could do it.

I dont see why you would for the smittybuilt ones.
Me neither.

I put my BW flatties on with stock tires / no lift, and had no problems. You should be good.

HELP! new fender flares

I have decided to buy some smittybuilt XRC fender flares and I am not positive if i will need to take my tires to take off the old fenders and put the new ones on. In the pictures of the instructions it shows that they do but looking at my jeep it doesnt seems like i will need to. BTW my jeep is lifted 3 inches with 35 inch tires.

Does anyone have these fender flares or any others that they would recommend? I want the bushwacker ones but they're more than i want to spend on fender flares.

Thanks in advance for any help Jeepers!
