zhoward13 anyone with a model before 2011 have issues with the front brake line brackets? I didn't put mine on because it seemed like i was going to brake the hard line bending it but now i wonder if i will be able to get full articulation without snapping the line. I am heading to Rausch Creek next week and don't know if i can pull the sway bar links without this happening, I am running 32's if that helps at all.

front drivers side = 40 5/8"
front pass. = 40 5/8"
rear drivers side = 40"
rear pass. side = 40"
ground to center cap on spare(AEV tire carrier) = 48 1/2"
Finally got the measurements on mine: AEV 2.5" with control arm drop brackets, AEV Pintler 17" with Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ 315/70/17 tires at 32psi.

Same place for measurements as rtguy

front driver side - 39

I finally added my tire carrier about 2 weeks ago and it looks level. I have not taken any measurements but will and post them also.

what are your measurements from ground to fender front and rear? measure at the center of the wheel.

this is unusual....i haven't heard of anyone getting a rake from this.

Kelsey73 Hmmm everything indexed properly in front? I can't remember if there is a spring isolator up front on top.. Did you leave that in?

Mines level, so this is weird....

This^^^ plus an aftermarket bumper is another 60-70lbs so between that and the tire 80-90lbs it will lower the rear slightly.

What are your thoughts on leveling out the front end?

Yes I did. When I did the lift the following week I added the Teraflex exhaust spacer kit to be safe. After installing the kit I developed a squeak in the front end and I thought it was the lift causing the noise. But after several hours I located the problem a loose bolt on the spacer kit that squeaked when I stepped on the gas to accelerate.

So after tightening them again no problems. But I have noticed after a week they have loosened up again so I tightened them again. It wasn't real bad but they definately were loose compared to when I tightened them a week ago. Not sure if this is common???

rtguy the trackbar uses a 14mm bolt....the bushing is actually tapered...the threads are what won't go through the bushing, not the shoulder part. it slips all the way in and appears to stop at the ahoulder, but the threads on the other side are what actually stop it. try to flip the bolt around inserting from the rear side to the front you will see that the bolt doesn't go in at all...the threads don't fit on the backside. my mount accepted the 9/16 bolt as well, just not the tapered bushing. you can use a 9/16 drill to take out the material on the tapered end to use the bolt or get a new 14mm bolt. the uppers used the 9/16 bolts no problem on mine....maybe they gave u the wrong size...idk?

Silly question are you sure they got you the right size bolts??
They could be wrong but I dont think so..

The bolts were perfect for the lower control arms but the Traction bar ... the bolts would go through the mount but the shoulder (thread less area) wouldn't go through his TB. The shoulder was too thick for that part. I forget why they woulndt fit the upper control arms.

I used the info off of the Synergy kit info.

It's possible. Hard to say without being able to check the bolts at the moment.
