Warn M8000 Winch

Just wanted to get opinion from you experts out there in Wrangler land. I think I've narrowed it down to the Warn M8000 Winch....(What do yall think?)

Also, was wondering....is it better to change the factory bumper, was wanting to get the warn bumper, then it says something about a mounting kit that's almost $300 bucks...just want my jeep to look tough, but don't want to buy things i don't need...really like the warn bumper however.

It's in the shop right now getting a lift kit & wheels and tires....

Specs:

Rubicon Express Lift...4"
M/T Baja ATV tires...33 x 12
M/T Classic Lock wheels...16 x 10

Then I want to add Bushwaker 6" Pocket style fender flares...black
w/the winch & front & rear bumpers, plus the black cages for the lights

What do yall think? Am I missing something?

Look forward to your advice.....
