Yeah it does get annoying having to bring your leg back in all the time to shift.

0tter When you are stopped at a red light and a random pedestrian in the crosswalk asks what brand of mirrors you are running and where to get them!

It's easier here in Southern Oregon. You pull the top and doors off at the beginning of fire season and put them back on when it ends!

krbshappy71 Awesome thread. Here's mine as a first-time Jeep owner: When you rip out all the carpets in your Jeep only 2 weeks after buying it. Just because you can. I've enjoyed nothing more than dismantling this vehicle! "Those come off? What?! Let's do it!"

Also, when you are brainstorming how to secure your pets. Before we would just hold the little dog on our lap but I'm not comfortable with that in a vehicle without doors.

Toasty Suppose it could work the same for coffee and the heater. Then again that heater is so damn hot it'll probably boil away lol

Gord P When you're looking forward to driving home after work and you just got there. I was sitting in a colleague's office yesterday afternoon and said "I get to drive my Jeep home tonight."
He said "Don't you drive it home every night?"
"Damn right."

When it starts to look like rain, I start looking for a covered gas station, bank drive up, or overpass on highways.

But sometimes there's nothing close. I have a canvas tarp in the back but I'm looking at an emergency cover.

I just bought a new house but lost my garage.

I've been draping a tarp over at night with a few bungies to secure. It works but looks a little white trashy.
