Generally, all three will give you a much firmer ride (which some folks find too harsh on-road...I actually prefer a truck-like ride, so it doesn't bother me). They'll also pretty much eliminate your Jeep's body roll through corners and turns.
Dave @ Northridge 4x4 sells the TF 2.5" lift with Bilstein 5100's for $775 (you gotta call em; it's not listed on their website) – there are a ton of people running that setup on their Jeeps.
When you add shocks 25" or longer to your Jeep (pretty much any shocks you'll find in a kit), you'll also need to install a TeraFlex exhaust spacer. Because of the increased downward travel of the new shocks, your stock front driveshaft will hit your exhaust pipe crossover when you flex off-road, otherwise. Don't know what genius came up with that tidbit of retarded engineering.
Good news: the exhaust spacer is only ~ $50, and easy to install.
Occasionally, you may need to buy some extra items to correct problems after installing a 2.5" lift. If your caster is off, you'll need to a set of front lower adj control arms to fix it (left alone it will cause your steering to feel flighty or jerky on the freeway). If one of your axles gets off-center, you'll need to buy an adj track bar. Neither of these situations occurs often, but they CAN happen.
Just so you know.
Personally, if you plan on wheeling your Jeep fairly regularly, I'd say go with one of the 2.5" spring/shock lifts. That way, if you ever decide to go with larger tires (like 35's), you'll have a lift that's already capable of clearing them.

TeraFlex and Full Traction both make good ones.
You'll be able to clear 33" tires (vertically) with it, and if you decide later on to install a larger, more complete lift (like a 2.5" lift w/springs & shocks), you can often sell the leveling kit to someone else for about 75% of your cost.

Best lift option
Just recently purchased my 2nd Jeep. Owned one about 8 years ago but purchased a truck after my Jeep was totaled....missed the Jeep ever since. So now I have a 2012 JK unlimited Rubicon and have a question for y'all. I want to do a 2" suspension lift with as close to a factory ride as possible. I'm sure lifts have come a long way in quality since my expirence with them so what would be the best lift for me? I will occasionally take my Jeep off road at the deer lease so don't want anything that will mess up the disconnect for flexing.
