eh384 So am I, I live off of Brewery in New City..and you?
Kinga yeah, i heard they want to build some kind of amusement park there. i'm exit 10 off the parkway, so i'm about 10 min away.
eh384 Be very careful around there right now. They are looking into developing the land. I know of some pretty good trails, pretty steep and rocky not far from there. Message me and I'll give you the details. BTW, I live about 15 min from Letchworth, where are you?
Kinga i went out wednesday and i found a place around letchworth. its a nice trail, my stock jeep had a little problems here and there but it was fun. it wasn't legal though. as soon as you get out of it you have to go through the letchworth cemetery and its closed off by a wire. i just rode over it. nearly had a heart attack while doing it but my jeep came out ok. (: the trail might be a hiking trail cause the trees are marked. not too sure though

Who did the mounting and balancing? The bigger tires aren't the easiest to balance. A few years ago, on my old Jeep (an 07 Sahara with 33s), I had my tires installed at Mavis. Less then a year later, I had to buy two new tires because the tread wore so completely uneven from the a-hole balancing it poorly. I'd take it to a competent Jeep shop and have them check the balancing first.

Samps86 Thats exactly what it is lol "wobble" i even watched my driver side wheel last weekend while driving with my doors off and i can see my wheel has some wobble and thats how it feels in the steering wheel a "wobble" cus the steering wheel shakes left to right so that to me would indicate something loose with my wheels. You might be on to something here lol could the lift and bigger tires affected this in anyway?

My buddies is a 2013 with 12,000 miles, so it's not out of the question to happen early. It seems as if the ball joints lose their circular shape and become more ovoid, which gives a lot more room for movement, hence the wobble.

Samps86 Yes thats what mine does up around 50-60mph is when the front wheels start to really shake.Though my Jeep is a 2010 it only has 15k miles on it so i would think all my parts should be fairly good,But im still new to the Jeep life lol Anyway i could tell if its my ball joints?

Nope, pediatric dentist...but would rather just look at Jeeps. I just got back from Rausch, and one of the guys I went with was having a similar issue. It turned out that he needed to replace his ball joints. He has a 2.5 inch lift and 35s. I have a 4 inch lift and 37s, and the only time mine shakes is when I hit the 55 - 60 mph range.

My office is in Wappingers, but I live in Rockland. I use the guys at Radical Motor sports in Ramsey, NJ. I've heard great things about Auto couture in Jersey as well. If you want, stop by, I'm right off of 376.

eh384 I've had my 37s for awhile now and never recalibrated. I'm pretty sure that what ever my speed is, it's not over 65 mph...I need to regear.

Never heard a single report of that but whatever whatever makes ya comfortable i totally get that. Just keep in mind when the dealer re calibrates the speedo is still gonna be slightly off. Probably by about 2 mph.

Dont go for the dealer. For another 10 bucks get the pro cal and you can do way more stuff. I got the flash cal personally because of the screen and added functions. Secondly sometimes the speedo has to be re flashed because its off a little even after they do it. Gotta find the sweet spot and actual size of the tire loaded with weight on it.
