Joel And JJs are easy to rebuild.

MR.CLIFFORD correct. Heims are a replacement item only.

rketr Not to mention being able to rebuild 'em when they wear down...

MR.CLIFFORD I picked JJs over Heims for longevity. Plus I drive my junk on the road from time to time. Heims are a solid joint. JJs have a cushy center. Plus you can get them with a 1.25" shank on the front end.

Triple88a i see, thank you Jack, yeah that video i posted above explained it pretty much why we dont see them in suspension parts.

1BLKJP There is so much simplicity and durability in a heim that it makes them easy to use in a suspension setup. However good heims are really about the same cost factor as a JJ.

AzTJ JJ's can be greased and are more suited for daily driven applications.

Control arms: Heim Joint VS Johnny Joint???

Hello all

Whats the difference between a heim joint vs Johnny Joint?

HJs seem to be cheaper than JJs. Whats the advantage of using one over the other on control arms?

Thanks
