I think you been sukin the crack pipe again.

The american silver stars suk (20% brighter than stock). They have that blue tint to them that only bocks light. The european silver stars dont have that so they are a bit brighter (30%) but still dont compare to the Phillips ultras that are about 50% brighter than stock. I dont know about the fatboy bulbs.
If you want to actually see good, you will have to go with hids though.

|4point||I'll second the Silver Stars, granted they don't compare with the IPF's but they are 10X better than stock and are cheap. You can purchase them at any auto parts store. So if you're on a budget these are what you want.|

|BaaBaaBlackJeep||Thanks for the responses...I have tried to clean out the sockets but can't get in there really well. Any good ideas on that?|
|06-04-2008 11:57 AM|
Good idea time, go buy the bulbs and replace ALL of them, markers, turns, backup, brake, etc. Clean the sockets out and put a dab of dielectric grease in all of them before putting the bulbs in.

|KBR97||well that turn indicator is probably staying on because the turn/marker light bulb is out.|

I just bought my 97 TJ and love it....mostly...the headlights don't work and neither does the front drivers side turn signal/driving light (there is corrosion inside the bulb plug). When I turn the headlight switch to on, the dash lights work but headlights dont come on...also, the left turn indicator illuminates dimly and remains on even when the turn signal is not on...any suggestions on fixes for either or both issues?? Thanks in advance!

|foxinthemudd||I second the IPF's they are amazing|

|richp||CIBIE's and the harness, you can build the harness yourself if you want. Just need two relays, two H4 female sockets and one H4 male socket plus some 12 or 10ga wire...oh and some split loom or 4ft sections of shrink tubing for neatness.|

|potatobill||is the wiring harness just plug and play?|

|JCS05Rubi||IPF H4 housings and IPF Fatboy bulbs..night and day difference. With the headlight wiring harness, I heard they are even better (which would be retarded incredible compared to stock..)|
