|Xpress||No kidding, I swear my YJ and its leaf springs gave a smoother ride than his 98 Tacoma 4x4 does..|

|Xpress||Go Silent Armors. They're Kevlar re-enforced and I've seen them take massive abuse. A buddy only got 25,000 miles out of them, but he had it in his thick head that they needed to be ran at 50psi at all times because it said on the sidewalls to seat the bead at 50psi. He also drove exactly how you would expect the typical 18 year old cocky teenager to drive, HOWEVER I have seen them last over 60,000 easily, mostly road use.|

I'm running 32s on my YJ with stock suspension. I had to trim my flares a little, but they fit.

i see that now, I was looking at regular Goodyear Wrangler tires (not sure why they list both), and yeas they are $148 ... but NOT AVAILABLE.
I would still spend $9 extra dollars and go with the BFG's.
In my opinion, all Goodyears (car and truck tires) wear WAY too fast.
Best I have found are Coopers.

|AddictedtoWranglers11||They are 148 here|

Wait, you think $212 is a good price for tires at Walmart ?
I would rather go with the BFG's for $157

|banks316||Wouldn't need new shocks with with a 1.25 shackle lift.|

I've got the tires on my Tj. I don't have any complaints about them. They are noisier than the other AT's I had, but I like that about them.
I've got about 5k miles on mine now with no noticeable wear
Edit the tires actually measure 30.4" tall

Yes, you can run 31's on those rims w/ no problems on the street. You'll get some rub offroad, tho.
1" body lift + TJ flares & some trimming w/ give you most of the room you'll need.

|banks316||Dont know too much about the those Goodyear tires, but putting 31's on stock suspension is doable if your springs dont sag too much. Might need a 1in body or shackle lift tho.|

Can this be done?
Hey guys I just bought a 95 yj to "mess around" in. I love jeeps but am really new to doing mods to them. My question is...... I just ordered 5 Dick Cepek dc-2s 15x8 with 3 and 5/8 bs, Can I run 31 10.50 on stock suspension? I am willing to buy a shackle lift but would like to stay away from a 2.50 lift. So could it be done? Also does anyone know anything about the Goodyear Authority tires from Walmart? Lame I know but the PRICE is just too good. HAHA thanks for the advice ahead of time.
