Had it with Skyjacker!
Not looking for feedback but just posting my frustration.
I ordered a Skyjacker lift kit on Mar 8th thru a certified reseller for about $900. I am still waiting for a shipped broken part to be replaced. Call after call to both the reseller and Skyjacker directly have resulted in no replaced part. I have been trying everything to be patient and work with them. But each time I am told the replace part is on the way I have to wait two to three days to find out the package is empty, no package at all arrives, or the wrong part arrives.
I'm calling one more time, making clear demands and if not met reporting them to my state attorney general's office. I have had it with this situation.
