Need some input

Thought my jeep height wise etc, looked pretty good, but driving down the road today saw a bad ass looking TJ (minus the lime green color). had a few inches on me, but with the tires looked pretty beefy.... So I guess now I have to go get new tires and lift. below is a pic of the jeep....Give me some thoughts please currently have Dakota Definity 31 x 10.5, reviews on the actual tire were pretty good, but not sure what I need to do to give it the overall beefy look (tire and suspension wise) I am going to start doing additional things as well but have those mostly already planned. This is my daily driver as of right now, but will most likely become my toy here in the next few months.
