macbazzr Long shot here, but do any of you Winter Chill'rs have OEM fender flares that you no longer need? I'm searching for driver's side rear fender flare in winter chill for a '12 Arctic. Thanks!

Nice.

If only I had been on the ball and ordered a Sahara 2DR in WC in time.....

As the kids say "Man, that thing is sick." Speaking for me, that is one beautiful Jeep. Like the previous poster said, details please.

numbah1 Cleaned her up a bit and drove her into to work. Thought I'd get some shots in after all the hard work.
What do you guys and gals think?

dspud Nice! Wish we could get a copy of the original window sticker. That's the only thing I am missing.

gnpsandman VIN Build Info

This maybe redundant but I didn't see it on this thread so I'll post the link. You can put in your VIN and see exactly what the vehicle came with from the factory. I found it helpful when looking at used ones recently to purchase as some dealers don't seem to know a Jeeps *ss from its elbow (pardon my French). Found one with Max Tow and the 3.73 gears.

Chrysler - Contact Us

You need to hit the "Equipment Listing" link on the left side of the page.

(I'll probably post it on the main Forum as well)

There were a handful of non-Arctic winter chill's made. I think I remember reading that they were only available to order for a week. So the winter chill Sahara would probably be even more rare than the Arctic!

dspud Didn't realize they weren't stock. They were on it when I bought it.

By the way, love the black grill guards! Just ordered them from Quadratec.

dspud When I bought it, I had no idea it was a rare color. I knew I hadn't seen many. But I wasn't looking for it. I just happened to be searching for a JKU that I liked. I had to trade in my gecko '12 JK because I needed the extra space....kids!

I'm in VA and ended up finding one in Southern California. Worth the shipping cost considering I was looking for the Winter Chill, 4 door with a manual transmission. By my calculations, if there are approximately 400 Winter Chill JKU's in the US, Chrysler says that make about 8% manual, that a 1 in 32 car, give or take. Didn't even realize the Arctic existed until I started looking into 2012's. Reason being is that Mopar offers a Lifetime Bumper to Bumper Warranty on 2012's and newer with less than 48k miles. I wanted one last Jeep that I plan on keeping for a long time. The Arctic was a must! Love the fact there is a thread devoted to it. Pics when she arrives! Sandy

Thanks D! Funny problem is that I find myself still giving the "wave" to other Jeeps...while driving the Prius rental.
