along with a driveshaft from an explorer cut down to jeep size with the sye kit the guy got it cut down and ballanced for $150

Also ..Hey Trip by the way I got my 136 amp alternator in today.I can turn the stereo up past 30 with all my lights on and use my winch without holding the gas pedal down at all now.before I had to give it gas just to us the winch with everything else off.So far so good.

the taurus fan was $20 at the local bone yard and the rest of the cost was for wireing it in
as far as casino's go I live in a little town about 60miles from vegas and I hate going into those places they smell like a giant ashtray and I dont gamble

rokmen doesnīt ship to germany.
i talked to a buddy who works as a car inspector some weeks ago and asked him about a fabtech 6" and a 5.5" rockkrawler longarm suspension.
he said that this would be ok. he only needs to see that the parts are strong enough and manufactured in a professional way.
perhaps sometimes in the future when i have 3000$ too much....

1. my TJ is only 2 years and only 11000 mls old. i donīt want to install a used 15 y.o. part into such a new jeep.
2. the german car inspectors donīt like to see that you install parts that are not produced for the car. our cars are inspected all 2 years and i donīt want to uninstall more and more parts before this inspection...

the electric fan cools better on the trail then the mechanical fan does
I did this swap over a year ago and it still works great
if it stoped working on the trail or traffic you will just have to watch the temp untill you get it home just like if the mechanical fan clutch goes out you lose your cooling ability

YOu might be able to run the vehicle on the high way without a fan so.. I just finished my swap last night and i'm satisfied with it. My work is 10 minutes away and my fan just turned on while i was pulling into the work place parking. Same thing on the way back. It just turned on as i was parking and currently its 85ish degrees here. You WILL need a fan when idling though. No question about it.
GRN without a fan, my jeep over heated while just idling in front of my house at like 70 degrees ambient temperature. No ac, no load of any kind, just idling in neutral.
To remove the stock fan you might need to hit it couple of times. Simply put the wrench on there and turn it towards the passenger side so when standing on the bumper and you're looking at the engine you will turn the wrench to the left. If it spins, put the wrench on and hit it with a hammer to the left to break it loose. No do not do the little 4 screws as thats for the actual fan. You want to remove both. I found it easy to undo the 2 lower screws on the plastic shroud. Then loosen the fan up, then undo the 2 upper bolts on the shroud and undo the fan and at last remove both of them together. Be careful not to damage the radiator once the fan breaks loose... dont drop the fan basically.

heres a pic of the fuses I used they are those maxi fuses
and the relays I used a 75 amp relay for the high speed and a 45/55 amp relay for the low speed

you need a diffrent thermostat
and you have to use the switch to change the fan speed
I can find you a wiring diagram but I dont have one
its kinda like wiring up two fans into on switch

All that sounds very gooid to me.
Do you have something a wiring diagram?
Can i only use a switch for changing the fan speed? Or does that work automatically?
Can I use the stock thermostat or do I need another one?

its easy to remove the stock fan it took me about 3-4 hours to install the electric fan most of it was wiring
the second only took me about 2 hours
to remove the stock fan you put a big wrench on the big nut at the base of the fan thats were it conects to the water pump and you break it loose
then remove your fan shroud bolts and pull the fan shroud and the fan at the same time
then you just start to trim the taurus fan to fit bolt it up and wire it in
I wired the fans to an on off on switch so I can turn it off for water crossings
on the low speed setting I wired it to a thermostat so it turns on when the jeep warms up to a certain temp I only turn the high speed on for additional cooling (I havent had to use the high speed yet and its been around 110 out here in the day)
