slf41002 The older models have a screw behind the ash tray and two on top under the heat vent /defroster panel.I am not sure if the 05 is that way or not though.

jpdocdave usually just clips holding that stuff, just pry w/ a small screw driver till you think its gonna snap.

but they hide screws behind other panels, and make that panel go behind another one you can't see. if no one can tell you for sure, put up a pic. welcome to my world, i have to remove panels on cars all the time, and there's really no directions for all of them, just develop a touch to know when its gonna break, or pop right out, or where they like to hide screws.

Dash panel removal?

I'm going to relocate some switches this coming weekend, and I want to put them in the center dash panel where the earlier models had the airbag cutoff switch. My '05 doesn't have that cutoff switch, so it's got a blank panel there just begging for some switches. My question is how do I remove that panel without breaking something? It's the center panel, the one with the stereo, etc......I'm sure I could figure it out, just wanted to ask first before manhandling it.

Thanks!
