CoYJeeper What did you end up with? We've been prototyping exactly that. We did test fittings yesterday. Looks like its going to be really cool. Its a one piece 1/4" mesh that covers the entire tub attaching to the roll bar and tub sides. Should have a picture in the next couple of weeks.

Steelman I use a cargo net that came with my wife old (now gone) Mittsubishi Montero Sport. It covers the rear part of the tub perfectly (at the top of the tub level), has +/- inch and a half holes in the netting, and stretches nicely over all of my gear when I go camping/wheelin'.

The net material looks like the one in the picture of this link ( ), but the net is only roughly the size of the rear portion of the Jeep, from the back of the front seats to the tailgate.

603TJ hokie, I don't know what you think, but those nets on the links above are f'n hideous! Were you thinking something more along the lines of a tonneau cover made of net material? I think that would be cool... especially if it was elastic.

Large Stretch Net ???

Anyone know if someone makes a net that would cover the rear tub when you travel with top down. I am planning a trip, and don't want to worry about stuff blowing out. A giant stretch net would work. Thanks in advance.
