Pry the bottom panel under the steering wheel off , then the panel above it. Remove the 2 screws under there and pry the top panel off. Then remove the 4 screws holding the cluster in. Unplug the 3 wiring harness. Starting at the bottom remove the clear lense then the bezel to paint.
Real easy to do.

Canadian Tire, Look for "Grill Insert". It comes in a big sheet about 1m Long and .5 M Wide.

rns99 Front is easy. Just remove the 8 torx screws. The rear you need to remove the bumper. Just six bolts and it's off then remove the 10 torx screws. Takes about 20 minutes.

kpeoples Looks great. I was thinking of painting my bumper insertz. What did you do to remove the bumper insert. I also removed the sticker from mine
