I had a place that I liked to go across the line in GA. Just under the 95 bridge. Went there this past weekend. Looks like someone got stuck in here the day before and destroyed the beginning of this road. I just didnt realize it before I went in.

My ProCal has been well worth the $150 to get rid of the TPMS plus recalibrating the speedo for larger tires. I also run with the turn lamps as DRL.

Anyone with an AEV Procal near Jacksonville?
I'd like to turn on my foglights as drl, but don't want to spend $150 for an aev procal just for that.
Is there anyone near Jacksonville that can help me out?

|elite56||On the north side we haven't really had a lot of developments yet so there's still quite a few fun dirt roads that turn into mud after a good rain. They're nothing too extreme but they're a lot of fun to go around on.|

My wife and I live in fleming Island, I work at NAS jax.
Im from nebraska and used to mudding all the time and trail riding. Cant find shit around here.
Beaches are ok I suppose but something about mud flying around is so much better. Anyways Always interested in riding Will drive an hour or so to meet up with people are decent spots.
Got a stock JK with 30 inch kendas, no lift, lights, or winch....for now.

|NorthFljeep||Checking in from the towncenter area.|
|06-29-2013 01:38 PM|
|Wisel||Yeah....so that storm yesterday went sideways up in Kings Bay. I took out about 15-20 gallons of water out of it last night. Why the hell would they carpet over the front drain plugs without easy access to them? All good though, nothing a knife couldn't fix.|

|brighton||^^Looking good. Did I see your 10A at Hooter's a couple of weekends ago? Different wheels and tires, IIRC.|

Checking in from Mandarin.

|JRoweMDN||I have hard doors so with the windows up and safari top up it stays dry in the front.|
|06-22-2013 11:18 PM|
|Wisel||I am mostly concerned about getting a wet ass. It is designed to take the rain, but a little annoying when I have to head into work with wet clothes....|
|06-22-2013 04:40 PM|
|JRoweMDN||I have mine bed lined so I only run safari 10 months a year. As long as the dash stays dry I call it good. My windows add 20 minutes to top installation.|
|06-22-2013 02:46 PM|
Yeah, with a lot of practice, I've gotten pretty fast at taking the top up and down. Still, when the rain chance is about 60% or greater for the next few days, I'll usually button up, or at least run with the top up and rear windows out, bikini style.
Yesterday, it looked like rain all day long and yet I ran topless the whole time and don't think I had more than a sprinkle.
|06-22-2013 02:14 PM|
|JRoweMDN||Just learn to put the top up in 2 minutes or less. Welcome to Florida, if you don't like the weather wait 5 minutes.|
|06-21-2013 07:47 PM|
I had to chuckle a little when I looked at the weather forecast to decide if I should keep the top down or put it back up.
I see a theme here. How hard is it to be a weather forecaster in Jacksonville during the summer months?

Managed to dodge the thunderstorms at Vilano Beach today. Plus, an excuse to show off my newly installed Bushwacker flat fenders.
