The Sequel Click the "advanced" button at the top right of your phone. Then just click the "attach from photos" button. Once it shows the pic, select it and it will do the rest.

cgibson94wrangler Can anyone help with how to upload a photo straight from my phone without using an website?

dangerz I put together JeepParking.com to make picture hosting a bit easier. You don't have to register and it gives you an easy forum link that you just copy/paste.

OregonWild OK thanks JD. Looks like there are both benefits and drawbacks to doing it each way.

JDsDream There is nothing wrong with uploading directly from your computer or phone. In fact that is the way that I find easiest. The benefit of using a photo sharing site is that you have no limit to the attachments you are allowed as the photos aren't actually loaded onto the forum. The biggest drawback is that if you delete a photo from the sharing site, it will also disappear from the forum. This is the reason that you see many posts with red x's or blue boxes where the photo should be.

OregonWild So what's wrong with just posting a pic directly from my computer like one in "My Pictures"? Seems easier to me and don't need to upload pics to some cloud somewhere. Less steps involved. I'm sure there's a good reason. Anyway thanks for all the good work on the tutorial.

Video is fairly simple. Open the video, right click and copy the html.

Open the post reply window in the thread where you want to put it, right click and paste the code. To verify that it has loaded, click preview post.

A word of advice...if the address has an s (as in https) it will cause the reply formatting to be askew. So just remove the s (http) and it will still post as it should.

You can upload directly from your phone or computer by clicking on browse or upload from a sharing site by copying the url.
Every time I try to set my avatar it's sideways. I know I'm a little off lol but I'd like my pic right side up.

I don't think I can delete the pics. Does supporting member status also apply to the app??
