We re-did our bathroom this summer. So we got this 6x3 two person tub. Air massage is like a jacuzzi but shoots air instead of water. (Much more sanitary) My old bones was hurtin so here I am. Aaaaahhhhh

Priscila_06TJ Evening everyone ....ah the joys of drinkin on the job...years ago when I had a love affair with vodka I used to take a bottle to work. We had a cranberry juice machine at work so i would mix and drink away my whole shift. I was always in a good mood.

Gettin used to not havin wat you want when you want and adjusting portion size is tough at first. Normally takes between 14-21 days for me to withdraw from all the bad habits and I start seein results after a month. The main obstacle is stickin with it and not feelin defeated cuz you 'cheated' and had somethin you were not allowed. Good luck.
the big kicker here is the vast difference in what my needs are vs my wifes. she has a desk job, i have the exact opposite. she is mostly relaxed in her pffice all day, where as i am on the move all day, as a result, i burn a lot more energy, and need to consume much more to maintain replenish that energy i am burning up. since we have changed our eating habits to suit her needs, i am having an interesting time finding the right balance of what i need to add in order to make sure i function properly. keeping track of everything really isnt to bad, the complication comes simply from the different needs between the both of us and making them work together(ok, and maybe that fact that i am a hardcore foodie makes it interesting as well)
