you need to pull the springs and push the axle to full bump. you'll need to make sure the bumpstops align properly (adjustable control arms), and that no other interferences are present.

Keep in mind Savvy has an upgraded version of the Currie steering with an "unbendable" tie rod if you're interested. It's a bit more, but you won't have to worry about bending your tie rod again.
Just know that if you do go with their upgraded version, you've now moved the weak link elsewhere.

I'd recommend the 9102TJJ from Currie; it uses larger bolts on both ends of the trac bar.
And I'd be surprised if the tereflex is "beefier" than the TJJ or TJS; it's probably just deceiving in the pictures. Trust me, everyone here isn't recommending the trac bars from Currie without a good reason for doing so.

|Imped||The only similarity between the JKS and Currie bars are the Currie JJ at the frame end, that's it. If they were so similar, I wouldn't have swapped out a JKS for a Currie. Get the Currie, swap in a stock pitman arm, and call it a day.|

I have the daystar bump stops and they are really firm. The tie to is bent from earlier in the weekend.
What happened is I was just getting spotted threw a tougher section and it just broke. Not sure which part but my spotter noticed it

the Currie is slightly offset forward to clear more diff covers but pretty much the same as the JKS
Can't go wrong with either but many people like the Currie. I got a JKS cheap from Mudflaps.com is the only reason i got the JKS and didn't go currie

There are two track bars to consider...Currie TJS or TJJ model, or the JKS. You will need 2" front bumpstop extensions to prevent these track bars from hitting your diff cover and tie-rod. For this application, I'd suggest the Currie TJJ, and weld a 1/8" or 3/16" plate to the axle side mount to reinforce it. Make sure to pull the springs and push the axle to full bump to check clearance issues so this doesn't happen again....
also ditch that drop pitman arm, thats not helping anything at all.

oh yay track bars!
Ok i was out wheeling today and broke my track bar
stuff breaks oh well but i would rather not have that issue again.
I have a rubicon express heavy duty track bar currently and its broke. people are telling me to get curry or JKS. I cant see much of a difference in the spot mine broke? Do all track bars have this issue? all the bushing sides look the same.
