|Johntom||Yeah it really isnt that hard of a process. Through owning several jeeps I have both a hard and soft top. When it gets to about October Ill switch over to the hard top. Easy enough that I can do it one morning before I go in to work if needed... I like to plan ahead a little more than that but ya never know... 10 Minutes Max (assuming you can manuver the awkward hardtop decently|

the hardtop attaches in the same way on the windshield.
on my 06 TJ (no unlimited) i only have to do 3 things before i can put on the HT:
- uninstall the softtop and the softtop hardware from the roll bar (2 small torx bolts on each side)
- uninstall the door surrounds (you don´t need a tool for that)
- uninstall the 2 small brackets in the rear beside the tailgate where the bar at the lower side of the rear window is attached.
now i´m ready to put on the hardtop. that all doesn´t need more than 10-15 minutes after you did it a few times.
