jeff_in_rc Thanks man, he was. I do have one regret, I never got a glider ride! LOL

jeff_in_rc It sucks for sure as he was such an active guy, he had 10 bikes, 2 cars, and 2 gliders and was always doing something adventure related. He will be missed by all that knew him.

There will always be another time to get together, you all have fun Sunday and keep the rubber in the dirt!

jeff_in_rc You could still run 31's, you don't HAVE to go to 33's but you could. :-)

Aus10 lilbit Yea I decided to go with a 4 inch.when I do a 4 inch will I HAVE TO change to 33s? Or could I use my 31s?
06-25-2012 05:16 PM
jeff_in_rc It all depends on how big a lift you want to go with. I plan on a 2 1/2" lift for the 31's but if you went with a 4" lift you could go with 33's. It's all up to you.

I have not done DV in the Jeep yet and more than likely won't until later in the year, it's too hot for a Jeep without AC!

No your not that far are you. Except for 31's my Jeep is stock as well so I would not worry too much. It's all in line choice and I was following 2 others and they always gave me good info and never once steered me wrong.

Like I said in my post, it was only my second real 4x4 trip and it was a challange to say the least!

Yes it was, thanks! We don't see to much of her after she moved out in January so it was really nice to have her with me.

I finally got the pics

Here are the only 2 pics of my daughter and I running Freeway Ridge near Lake Isabella CA. It was only my second real 4x4 trip and man did it scare the crap outta us! Had a blast and my stock YJ did everything without having to be tugged, well that is until the end, wasn't paying attention and got high centered in some deep tire tracks. Got pulled all of 10 feet!

The first rock climb after a 1/4 mile on the trail and the Can Opener!

Enjoy!
