|ajtudor||I recently got the bestop safari top and I love it. Windshield channel was about $20 and the top was $80. Same channel can be use with a bikini top if you decide to change. Make sure you get the right part numbers because there are different mounting method. Bestop is your best bet.|

|flounder35||If you're dead set on the safari top, so be it. However, I just purchased a "combo pack" if you will from quadratec that had the bikini top (covers the front seats), wind jammer, and duster top for the back for about 250 shipped. I love it, it is a bestop. My buddy bought a bestop at least five years ago for his with the same setup except its a safari top instead of a bikini top. It has the bolt on Windshield channel (J bracket) and I haven't had a problem with it except the front of the bikini top is a little wider than the jeep. Other than that, it's been good to me so far. Go with Bestop!|

that spidertop looks cool but I'm not so sure it would do good if caught in a light rain.
I still might get one though.

|Jerry Bransford||Personally I'd stick with Bestop as Smittybilt's stuff is now all made in China and their fabric is much thinner. If you want an extended bikini which I take it to mean you want it to extend over the back seat, that is commonly called a Safari top. Between the no-drill and drill-style header, I have both and MUCH (!!!!) prefer the simplicity of the drill header. Not to mention the drill-style header makes it much (!) easier and faster to install the bikini.|

|sr9ruger||I recently purchased a Spiderweb Sunshade Top. Its the best thing that I could have purchased. It stays on all the time and no windshield channel is nessessary. You can find it at www.jeepwranglertop.com.|

Extended Bikini Top
Hey everyone, I currantly only have a hard top for my TJ. I would like to get an Extended Bikini top for my jeep. I understand that I would need a Windshield Channel to do this. I was lookin at a Smittybilt Windshield Channel Part #90104, and the Smittybilt Extended Brief Top Part #936. For those of you who have used, or are using these products now please let me know what you think of them. I am looking at these products at 4wd.com. Or if any of you know of a better product or brand please let me know.
Your help and opinions are greatly appreciated.
