44Blues Mine was marginal...I ended up dropping my subscription, they practically beg you to remain a subscriber....so much so that it was a turn off. If it sounded good like it did in my Chevy Silverado, I would have kept it.

chaz98765 Sahara w/ sub. Sound is OK. Won't thrill audiophile but works for me. Sub is weak and bass turned up, fade to balance all speakers to front ears. Treble and mid up a few notches+ also.

Simple to know if if's the satellite issue or the speakers, put in a CD or play MP3 from USB, there is no satellite receiver in play here, so compare it with the music from satellite.
Other music sounds great. It's the satelite feed that tinny.

KittyPrawn I've never had issues listening to SiriusXM and feeling like the sound quality is poor. Maybe I'm just not cool enough to differentiate sound at that level.

Brianjk18 Mine's not bad in my jeep, still not great. Satellite music sounds muffled to me and lower volume. I had same problem in my Dodge diesel truck too. It came with free sirus and i paid for the second year. Really didn't like sound of it so cancelled it but everytime I call to cancel my subscription, they give me 6 months or 2 months free. have had free sirus in my truck for like 3 years now... lol still comes in nice on long roadtrips sometimes

ksdindy I've played with the settings. I've got a 12 JKU with the Infinity 130 RES I think. With subwoofer.

What are your settings set to?

wassup8687 Mine sounds great. Stupid question but did you adjust the balance, fade, bass, and treble?

I can only stand to listen to talk radio on Satelite. The music sound quality sounds like it's coming out of tin can.
