Just to add another update on how to do this. follow above insturctions. at the end, when you have the seat belt buckled, SHUT THE VEHICLE OFF.
I'm an idiot and spent an hour doing the above instructions then immediately firing up the vehicle to no avail. What finally fixed it? Above instructions and at the end turn the key back off! I felt like an idiot lol
Thank you so much guys!
I know there have been a lot of flame wars about this topic (i drive with it on).... but when I'm out feeding cattle on the farm using my jeep... the seat belt is a hassle, and the beeping about drove me dang insane!

|CA3||Yeah, my bad. You have to have your seatbelt buckled when you turn on the ignition and you have to wait for it to cycle through the warning lights before you start the unbuckle/buckle process.|

MISSING->and wait for the Seat Belt Reminder Light to turn off.
NOTE: The following steps must occur within the first
60 seconds of the ignition switch being turned to the
ON/RUN or START position. Chrysler Group LLC does
not recommend deactivating BeltAlert.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, and
buckle the driver’s seat belt.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position (do
not start the engine), and wait for the Seat Belt Reminder
Light to turn off.
3. Within 60 seconds of starting the vehicle, unbuckle
and then re-buckle the driver’s seat belt at least three
times within 10 seconds, ending with the seat belt fastened.
The instructions above seem to be missing--> and wait for the Seat Belt Reminder Light to turn off.
Good Luck, at least you only need to do it once

|BlackOpsJeep||hmm...tried several times to no avail on my 12 JKU. I'm pretty tech savvy and I'm doing it exactly as instructed.|

|CA3||Insert key into ignition, buckle seatbelt and turn key to on but do not start engine. Within 60 seconds, Unbuckle and buckle seatbelt 3 times, cycling seatbelt indicater on and off. Red LED in lower right of guage cluster will flash three times to indicate reprogram.|

Pretty sure it is in the manual (at least it was for my 2011)...
But Google does the trick, too
How do you disable seat belt alarm 2010 jeep wrangler

Programming Seat Belt Alarm
Hey all...does anyone know how to program the 2010 Wrangler to eliminate the annoying seatbelt dinger. My wife's 2008 Liberty was easy, it referenced it right in the manual...can't find anything for the Wrangler.
