That's possible. If the HVAC control panel lights work (& dim as they should when adjusted) & other places like the radio & the shift indicator if you have an auto trans all work then you know the switch is good. Unless all of the bulbs are bad, the circuit board in the cluster may be bad. I'm sure that requires a new cluster.

RUBI 4 MY MRS Are you sure that fuse 12 behind the glove box is good?

Is it only the cluster lights that don't work?

Do the ones for the temp controls work?

If yes to all then check the connector behind the cluster. Look for an orange wire. Could be a bad connection there.

97 wrangler no dash lights,replaced switch,checked fuses still none
