txjustin it is a mofo to bleed those lines!!!! I had the same problem recently with an internal setup. If there is more than an inch of play in the clutch pedal after the clutch needs bleedin.

external slave conversion trouble...clutch trouble

I have just completed the external slave conversion on my jeep and can't get the clutch to disengage. My jeep-90 Wrangler 4.2. New trans, bell, and shift fork are out of a 99 TJ. All new pilot bearing, clutch, pressure plate, slave and master cylinders (all correct for 94-99 ax-15). The trouble is that (I know clutch is bled properly) it seems as though I am locked out of gears 1-5 (can't even get them to grind) and reverse just grinds, its like the slave doesn't have a long enough throw. Does anyone have any ideas? do I need a 94-99 pressure is it thicker? I am at a loss, any help is appreciated.
