Firefighting Jeep

The volunteer fire department in my town was given a pretty solid, but stock CJ8 from an old rancher who recently passed away. We are trying to see how much it would cost to convert it into a fire support vehicle with some water holding/spraying capacity for brush fires. I live way out in the country so we primarily deal with forrest/brush fires. Just curious to see if anyone had ever seen one retrofitted like this?
