I totally agree on the shocks. I don't have the OME springs, so I can't compare them to my Full Traction springs......which I LOVE!!!

TJ in North Pole I installed a 2 inch coil spacer lift I purchased off EBAY for just under $200. It included rancho shocks and a steering stabilizer. I am running 32 X 11.50 tires and the ride quality is as stock. No degredation at all. I'm very satisfied. I don't believe I could have gotten more "bang for my buck" as you call it.

Old Man Emu or......
Rubicon Express Monotube or.......
Full Traction Monotube

You won't regret any of these.

If it was me, I would be very comfortable with buying the RE.

2-2.5" Budget Boost Lift

Which budget boost lift is going to give me the best bang for my buck? The 3" Full Traction lift went over budget a little:

3" FT lift - $400
Shocks - $150
SYE/CV - $500
Rear Uppers - $200
Rear Track -$150

=$1400

So now I'm thinking about a 2-2.5" budget boost and a 1-2" body lift.

What are the best companies for this? Which is going to be the best bang for my buck?

The only one I've really looked at so far is the Rubicon Express 2" Budget Boost lift, and it comes with:
# RE1334 1.75" Coil Spring Spacers
# RE1385 2" Rear Upper Bumpstops
# RXT2220 2xRE Twin Tube Shocks
# RXT2421 2xRE Twin Tube Shocks
