You shouldn't need any of it if you are not riding alone.

Many stock vehicles ride there no problem. Just pick liones that suit your rig.

The_Jode Most of the crew im convoying is leaving the Jacksonville area around 230, so we should be there around 6ish... We'd be leaving earlier but I have to do a "final audit" for the marine corps since im all but out... well see you there tonight! Can't miss my jeep its a big lime green rubi so if you see me, feel free to flag me down. Otherwise once we get settled in I'll mosey on down to your site! Happy Trails!

07-12-2012 12:10 PM
The_Jode Haha awesome, safe drive then. Hope to see you out there.
07-12-2012 10:23 AM
Coasttrash Yeah man that sounds great we are at site 28. We are on the road now and are gonna drive until we get tired ha
07-12-2012 09:10 AM
The_Jode Haha thats awesome Coast! We have about 10 rigs going, and were staying from campsite 39-46ish... Im not sure waht trails were doing but youre more than welcome to ride with us! The more the marrier imo!
07-11-2012 03:41 AM
Coasttrash I am driving 11hrs thursday to spend the weekend up there ha! I am staying at arrowhead as well
07-10-2012 05:52 PM
Vulcan Classic Pray for rain! We were down there this past weekend Thurs-Sat, bone dry, the dust was unbearable and the place was like a ghost town, not to mention the 100+ heat!!

It's so dry down there that only a monsoon would make it excessively muddy, LOL! A few showers would help; the FS roads are just unbearable right now
07-09-2012 08:58 PM
Kernal Clink It does. And it gets super slick too. Don't let it soak your hopes though. The trails really suck when it's dry. The dust is terrible and worse than the mud IMO. I may be down there myself if things work out.
07-08-2012 11:45 AM
The_Jode Sweet! Well the only thing im worried about is that theres a chance of thunderstorms all next week around Uwharrie. I was excited to do some actual trail riding instead of the "mudding" thats only available around me, but I heard that once it rains there, it becomes a clay mud mess! lol Hopefully I can Escape it.
07-07-2012 08:46 PM
Beachnuttz We made our first trip out on Thursday, it was HOT, nobody on the trails at all, it was perfect...I am not sure how they rate thier trails, but we didnt do Daniel or Kodiak. Maybe next time, and its a stock 11 Wrangler

07-06-2012 08:15 PM
ShowroomShine Psh yeah, your jeep is probably more capable than mine and mine did everything there. I took an easy line around the last obstacle on daniel and kodak.
07-06-2012 06:12 PM
mud-hole u will do well on all the trails there at Uwharrie. If u see something over ur head, just go around it. And always remember that u have to drive that jeep home.
