|kajunrunner||I use two left side Harley mirrors. And I just flip the passenger side upside down on the top hinge. Pokes out just perfectly below the curve of the glove box. They were just barn leftovers so they don't even match lol. Idk how it is everywhere else but Louisiana law states that you only need a left hand mirror to see 200ft behind you. A right hand mirror is not needed unless your interior rear view mirror is obstructed... Or just missing|

Then you have had much better luck than I...
What year is your jeep? I have a 2007 and there was no amount of fixing them so that they would work. Attachment 291429 That is the view I had after two hours of playing with them... Not only did I adjust the mirror and bracket to every conceivable position, I adjusted the seat into quite a few that I found rather uncomfortable for sitting, much less driving, in an attempt to make them work.

|Calvin9069||Made the mistake of buying the Rugged Ridge mirror relocation brackets which appear to be a clone of the ones I could buy from the Jeep dealership... Either way, the passenger side mirror, regardless of whether the doors were on or off, was functionally useless. It looked like a mirror, and if the goal was to see the neighbor's house when I backed into my driveway, then they are the way to go. If you actually want a mirror on the passenger side of the Jeep, probably best to skip Rugged Ridge altogether and find a different form of mirror when the doors are off. Got new mirrors coming tomorrow... Just in time to miss my day off completely.|

|2resa||I have the Rugged Ridge setup. Kinda think they're a pita. They loosen easily and then when I'm going down the interstate, the wind pushes them in. Plus, it takes two people to adjust the passenger side. However, I'm still using them b/c the hinges are used by the OR Fab doors and they were a relatively cheap option.|

|ibrown3005||4x4cop, jeepdrivengirl, did you end up using a washer on the bottom bolt? I was having an issue with it chipping the paint in the lower hinge. 4x4cop be safe brother.|

Here's my version and cheap @ $4.99, ...Bicycle mirrors!

I modified my RR CJ style mirrors from my old TJ and installed them on the JK after removing the OEM mirrors from the doors, color matching the filler plates and I've been happy with the results. No problems with the curbside mirror and no vibrations.

I love mine.

+1 for the convex mirror stuck on the vent.
Side note for everyone using the motorcycle mirrors, apparently if you put the passenger side mirror in the lower hinge, you can actually see out if it. Haven't tried it myself, but remember someone here saying that.
