Sb5551 I used that Chantix. The new prescription pill that came out. So far its been three weeks without a cigarette. I love the feeling of having my appetite and energy back. I have no desire to go back to smoking or chewing tobacco. I used to do both. I believe you have to be over 18 though for the prescription.

well, yea, she says she wants to quit but just doesn't feel motivated to do so, even though she has basically no money to afford it, and she's into working out(i don't think she has really worked out hard since she started though...) and i try not to nag

amy Wellbutrin helped Skeeter, but only after he made up his mind to quit.

I'm still proud of you, Scott.

Scout 1st thing you have to do is make up your mind to do it then you have to follow through.

These helped me and they're still helping me for the last 18+ months. Commit Lozenge - Stop Smoking Lozenges

Smoking

So my girlfriend smokes...i'm not a fan of smoking and what not...yea its her choice and i'm cool with her making her own decisions...she says she wants to quit and did for a few weeks but has started again, smoking a few a day. and when i told her i think she should quit she said that i knew that she smoked when i asked her out and used that speech...anyways, i would like to see her quit for a few reasons. 1) its bad and i don't want her to end up messing stuff up by smoking 2) she's young(16) and i think that thats bad enough 3) she likes to be fit and its not helping her and i can see that....and many others, but i was just kind of wondering if you guys and gals have any advice that i can give her to help her quit..?
