brendend Ok thanks, moving back east and going to be playing in a lot more mud and water an don't want to pay an arm and a leg when I could spend a few bucks and do this

50Johnbob The ones that I've seen stop about half way up the dipstick tube, so you would need to extend it if you want it to be as high as the air box horn.

brendend Is it worth making longer then? I don't plan on fording rivers so air box is going to my limit

50Johnbob The 42rle vent hose is under the hood, in the engine compartment, by the transmission dipstick tube.

I want to relocate the vent on my tranny to a higher location, but after searching the forum I still don't know where it is, can anyone help me?
