|ESP||Coil kits can lift a bit higher than advertised so keep this in mind if you go this route. The spacer kits give you exactly the height advertised but are more prone to sagging with additional weight such as a winch or heavier front/rear bumper. The spacer kits put pucks atop your stock coils for height. The coil kits replace the stock coils with stronger and longer coils.|

I have that kit, easy to install and seems to be good quality. One thing I've read, but I'm not sure about, is that the 9550 are basically stock shocks but just a little longer. I told myself my shocks needed replacement so I went with this kit so I could also avoid spacers. From what I've seen though, there are better shocks out there for not a whole lot more money.
I think I got about 4" of actual lift, even after settling. That kind of worries me because the whole point of the 2.5" was to not need new drive shafts and whatever arms.

Everyone says good things about the 2.5 coil lift along with a new set of shocks, usually bilsteins all for 800. I went with a teraflex 2.5 budget boost with teraflex shocks for 500. The budget boost is a perfect fit for my application and how I use my jeep. My ride is a little smoother, handles great, and gives my jeep a nice stance with my 33s. Teraflex has great customer service and I really havent heard any negative feedback from their products. I would skip the leveling kit and go for some form of the 2.5 lift from them.
Also, there is a pretty hefty lift review thread floating around that may be useful. http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/jk-...ews-25157.html

I have that kit and I'm very pleased with it. Teraflex makes good stuff and their customer support is still very good. Whether or not you need a 2.5 is really just up to you but both the performance leveling kit or their 2.5 are great options for lifting. The kit your looking at is higher in price because it is a 2.5 "coil" suspension kit vs a spacer kit. I think you'll find it in line with other manufacturers if your comparing apples to apples.
Here is my install thread of that lift.

teraflex lift kits
so i really want to do a 2.5 lift and am debating between that and just a leveling kit. i keep hearing how great teraflex is but the only teraflex 2.5 lift i can find is this TeraFlex 2.5" Suspension Lift Kit, With 9550 Shocks TF-1251002 does any one have any experience with it and how is the quality? it seems awfully inexpensive compared to most of there lifts but i hear their quality is great. any opinions?
