Misfire on cylinder 2 help please.

So, my 89 wrangler is running terrible right now. It's got the 4.2L I6 AMC 258 with a weber carb.

All of a sudden it won't idle. It seems to run best between 2000 and 3000 rpm. Below that it sputters and dies. Above that and it runs real erratic. I've looked at the vacuum advance and it does seem a bit off but i can't figure out if that's because its not running well so it doesn't have enough vacuum or if its the cause. I hooked a timing light up to it and its running wayyy advanced. like off the charts. cylinder 2 is also misfiring every now and then. I didn't get to cylinders 4,5 and 6 cause it died and now refuses to run long enough to check them. I've been thinking there's a timing chain issue since i bought it I'm thinking that moreso now though I kind of figured that would manifest in all cylinders running like crap. idk, this jeep acts like a hydra. I get rid of one problem and three more pop up in its place.

I've also got an electrical issue but I've isolated that by pulling all the fuses except for ignition.
