Assuming you have atleast 2.5" of lift height. That's all you really need.
If you rub, flat flares and some minor trimming. Bumpstop extensions also like said above.

Steve79 I am running 37's with an ome 3" without issues ! Flat or trimmed flares for 37's. Didn't do anything for my 35's rubbed just slightly on the fenders but bumpstop extensions took care of that!

Hope this is what u were asking !
