richp Intake manifold bolt size, 3/8-16x1 1/4 inches long, also needs a cone or tapered washer. Dealer charge $4.13 for the bolt and $4.27 for the tapered or cone washer. They are grade 8, use locktite BLUE, just a drop and let it dry for 20 minutes or so before installing.

Intake manifold bolt size

Well, one TJ has a high idle problem, starting point will be the missing back bolt on the intake manifold, anybody know what size they are. Is this a dealer item or just a good farmers hardware store item thats got nuts, bolts and nails dating back to noahs arc.... [7th generation family hardware store]
