0III0forlife There isnt a second fuse box on your 89. Its on the "newer" jeeps...lol.

Not quite sure of what you say about "it turns but not all the way over" , do you mean that it rolls over but doesnt start?

All you should need is fuel, spark, and air, and it will run.

1989 wrangler straight 6 fuse box

I'm trying to get my Jeep running. I read somewhere there is more than one fuse box. Is this so? If so where is the second one?

I changed the fuel pump, filter, fuel line, spark plugs wires rotor...etc for a tune up and overall maintenance.

It turns but not all the way over. :/
