jameslee97206 Man, that's a pretty good shot of the bead blowing and how it blew. Can't wait to see the rest of the videos.

Waterfall from bumper perspective

Video isn't perfect, title is broken, and it exported at a lower quality than I wanted, but here it is.

It was a BLAST!

I had a great time, unfortunately my passenger front fender loved the trail so much that it scraped and dented itself 3x's on the following trails :
  1. Firebreak 5
  2. Rocky Uphill
  3. Waterfall

I lost my front driver's bead on the second filter of Airplane Hill and it made for an impromptu recovery training session for some of the group. We had to stabilize the Jeep with a come-a-long/hand winch by winching the opposite side/passenger, to a tree. Next, we used a hi-lift and the attachment that mounts to the wheel, to raise the wheel with the lost bead off the ground. We even used the larger hi-lift footprint base for additional stability.

Once the wheel was off the ground, we ran an air line from one of the Jeeps that had a nice Warn Powerplant winch and was able to re-seat the bead with just the CFM output of the Powerplant .

Once the tire was re-seated, we forged forward and continued our run .

Richard, Glad to see Leonard take care of your Jeep. He is opinionated, and in these times that's rare especially with a politically correct world..
But at least you know where he stands on things, and I respect that a lot more then telling others what they want to hear.

I'm talking about Jeep decisions here, no politics..

No, the entrance filter is tougher on Airplane hill. We by passed the middle section. I didn't get many pics or videos but I know there are more coming.
