Tat2rtist I just ordered rough countries relocation bracket, hope this helps the clunking as well as the 1 1/2 inch shift in my axle.

madkinstx Yes i had a similar sound on mine. My rear trac bar was making contact with my gas tank skid at full compression. I have adjustable control arms so it just took some minor tweaking to fix. If this is what's happening to yours you could go the control arm route or try a good rear trac bar relocation bracket.

Noise after 2.5 inch rough Country lift in my TJ

After the techs installed my 2.5 inch rough Country coil and shock lift in my 6 cyl. 5 speed TJ wrangler, i developed a noise under my jeep that is very loud, sounds like metal flexing and a bang combined, it happens when there is torque on the drive train, usually shifting from first to second and second to third, one bang each shift, sometimes 2 at same time, when i let out clutch or tap the throttle and let off repeatedly in first and second. it sounds like possible back springs shifting, i just ordered the track bar relocater bracket because i noticed a difference in the back tires, the passenger side sticks out further than driver side. I am hoping that the bracket will take care of the noise also.
Has anyone ever heard of this before?
first time poster, new to site.
thanks for any help anyone can give me
