Tire roar noise? Hub bearing?

So I'm relatively handy and good at diagnosing problems, however I'm new to Jeep and have only been working on cars since I was 19 (I'm 21 tomorrow). I have an intermittent sound like aggressive tire roar coming from somewhere under the car when at speeds above roughly 45 mph.

There is no pull to either side, and I have non aggressive 235/75R15 A/Ts. The sound makes me think hub bearing?...I believe its coming from the rear right but I've got a soft top and pinpointing a noise that only occurs at over 45 mph is a bit tough.

Vehicle is a 1999 Wrangler. 2.5 Liter. Dana 35R/30F. AX-5 Tranny. 108,000 miles on the clock. I'm also still pulling a consistent 20 mpg even since the noise started.

If it is a hub bearing, I would have to purchase a whole hub. Correct?...Any guess on wholesale price of that?...got a god friend whose a mechanic. We're both busy with school though, so haven't been able to ask him what he thinks.
