|aTX427||Thanks, I used Monster mounts commonly used for wakeboard towers. The rack is 1" tube, so we cut 1" bar stock to bolt the rack to the mount. Works like a charm and is rock solid.|

Can you provide more more info on the install, particularly on the overhead rack? What does it attach to with both the hard top and no/soft top on?

Fab'd safari rack and tire carrier Rotopax mod
I needed some extra room for a 10-day expedition to Colorado. However, I could not find anything I liked or could afford, so I had a friend of mine fab up an aluminum safari rack and hard mounts for the roll bar. While I was at it, I had him weld some custom Rotopax mounting plates, then had everything Superlined to match the Jeep. Worked like a charm - enjoy.
