Eric86 That's probably true. I've only had rubbing on extreme turns. Just being careful til I get a lift. Planning to do 2" inch lift with 1" BL.

Mosahara Just realized the stock rubi will sit higher than my stock x so I probably should do both at same time.

Mosahara Thanks for the pic and feedback! I may go ahead and get the adapters now and put the wheels on before the lift. We do 90% road driving but we like to doing moderate trails in the fall now that it has cooled down. Bought my TJ in May with 165xxx miles on it; still has original shocks so the ride is pretty sloppy. Figured I might as well upgrade with the bds lift for new shocks and springs.

Eric86 I just put jk 17" rubicon rims and wheels on my 05 rubicon using spidertrax adapters. It is ok for on road, but I'm planning a lift soon also. Need the extra clearance.

Mosahara Looks great! I'm looking at doing about same for my 02 TJ X; but I'm thinking the BDS 2" lift; I can get a great deal from friend who took off the same wheels from his 10 JK. Just waiting to gather the funds; hopefully be done by end of October. Will post pics when complete.

The question is what size tires? That will dictate the amount of lift.

jgorm I used JK wheels because they didn't make mine in a TJ bolt pattern. With the adapters, the JK spacing works great on the TJ.
