Another new member... almost owner...
Thought I would post and ask a question. Looks like a good community with active members.
We are buying a used Sahara for the son for college. His old vehicle hand me down is getting old and just not something we want him driving off to college in...
Anyway, we found a nice 2008 Sahara that all looks good except for one thing... Any guesses? Did I mention it was an automatic tranny? Well, when we roll to a stop on a moderate hill, the tranny can't hold it in place. It will just rollback. So, how bad is this? How much should I reduce the price for?
Asking $19490, it is a 4dr, 2wd, hard top Sahara unlimited with almost 90k miles. It will come with a 90 or 60 day warranty, so I may be able to get it fixed under this warranty.
Good deal or not? I think we will buy it, if we can get the tranny fixed or fixed under warranty. I does drive nicely.
