Tried calling Sway-A-Way, but they left their office early yesterday...
Think that's what I'll do. Would still like to figure it out, however. What spring rates are you running?

|MR.CLIFFORD||you're doing something wrong if your weights are that far off. You shouldn't think so much about the weights and just call poly performance. Even if you are wrong you can swap out your springs for the correct ones. You just pay shipping.|

Coil Overs -- weighing corners
In the process of getting coil overs for my rig and had a quick question for those that had already done it...
I'm weighing each corner (at the bumper) and was wondering what the "norm" is for the rear (will deal with the front later). Right now the rear sprung weight consists of the normal '03 TJ weight with a rear seat and about 60 lbs added to account for the gas tank, 3/16's plate all the way around the back and a GenRight comp tank so I can stretch it in the process. I've also added a good 275 lbs in the drivers seat to simulate ME. The sprung weight does not include axle, tire, shocks, or control arms.
The weights I'm getting are:
passenger rear: 560 lbs
drivers rear: 892 lbs
Is this close to "norm"? Some reason I would have expected to see the numbers a bit closer together. Yes I can understand that drivers side will see more than passenger side due to, well, the driver, but not an extra 332 lbs...........am I missing something???
